Details:
Full terms and conditions of lettings are included in the booking form.
Rental prices are per week and include water and electricity allowances.
Bedlinen and Towels (not Beach Towels) are included in the rental cost.
The property will be prepared for your arrival and you are asked to
leave it as you expect to find it. If left in an unreasonable state
the cost of extra cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
The maximum number of people allowed in the property is as stated and
must be respected. No pets allowed. Weekly lettings run from 3 pm Sunday
to 10 am Sunday. Other start dates possible outside main Summer holiday
period.
Discounts may be offered for 2 person occupancy outside peak season
Jul/Aug.
Supplements may apply for heating during winter lets. The supply of
bedinen and towels is included within the rental.
A deposit of
25% is payable upon booking and the balance is due eight weeks before
the holiday commences. Added to the balance will be a £100/ 150
security deposit, which will be refunded in full after your holiday
ends unless you have incurred additional charges or caused damage to
the property or its contents.
We will send you exact location details and keys approx. 10 days prior
to your letting. In all matters English law applies.
Cancellation:
If you have to cancel your booking any amounts paid will only be refunded
if the property can be re-let.
In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking our liability
is limited to the refund of all money paid by you.
